I've built the EstimateFreight sample from the GP 9 toolkit, and have the VPC created by Microsoft in mid 2007. This installation doesn't have an AddIns folder! Is there any additional requirement on the VPC to enable the addin? I have tried to create the folder and just put the dll in but it doesn't seem to register. (Had to build using the Visual studio tools runtime and a copy of GP 9.0 SP2, but still doesn't explain the lack of an AddIns folder?)

Am I missing something here??
